The ultimate aim of Rehabilitation is to develop optimum personality potential and functions of the individual through treatment and training, and lead to as independent lifestyle as possible. Depending upon the individual abilities and interests, pre vocational training is given to prepare the child to enter the world of meaningful occupation. Four Steps provides space for developing individual personality carried out in three situations: Classroom, Community and in Workshop situations, using strengths like Montessori Teaching, Individualized Assessment, Individualized Program Planning, Curriculum based Assessment and Planning, Individualized Service Delivery Designs, Individualized Evaluation, Multidisciplinary Intervention, Highly Skilled RCI Registered Professionals' Services, 1:1 Therapeutic/Remedial Intervention etc.
