With an aim to enhance the creative skills of the Intellectually Challenged individuals, Four Steps initiated an Art Workshop Kalaa Manjari 2006. The painting workshop began on January 16, 2006. In the four week long workshop, the selected thirteen best artists out of seventy nine nominations received for this purpose, were trained by Kishore Roy, Sujata Dere and Sunder Lal in different mediums.

The workshop was not only a source of fun and learning, but also an avenue to tap and hone the creativity of special needs persons, with a hope that thus acquired talent would form a foundation for the future vocation.

Four Steps has forged a strategic alliance with Nitanjali Art Gallery with an objective of making the painting workshop an ongoing process and to ensure meaningful employment for the artists.
