The need and importance of adequate parental support is the key to the success of any programme today. It has been seen that the programmes, which are initiated or supported adequately by the parents, meet with success. 

The reason for the same is very simple. Nobody else would be more concerned and motivated for the welfare of a person than his own parents and family members. Parental support can be in any form: material, time (include giving voluntary time to run/supervise the workshop), procuring material and marketing of products, getting orders etc. 

Psychological support can be given in the form of providing encouragement even in the face of failure or going through any frustration at work place or at home 

In conclusion we can say, finding job placement for our special young adults is a big challenge in front of us. We have to accept this challenge, join hands and work towards meeting our goals and decide that no hurdles can stop us from achieving our goals.
